This offer may be subject to change and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.2. Processing TimeOrders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.3. Delivery TimesDelivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.4. Order TrackingOnce your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.5. Shipping RestrictionsWe currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to additional markets. Address AccuracyPlease ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Delivery IssuesLost or Stolen PackagesIf your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building management. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.Damaged PackagesIf your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.Undeliverable PackagesIf a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.9. Shipping DelaysWhile we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. We'll notify you of any significant delays. During peak seasons (holidays), please allow extra time for processing and delivery.10. P.O. Boxes and Military AddressesWe ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Expedited and express shipping options may not be available for these addresses.11. Order SplittingIf your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.12. Customs and Duties (Future International Orders)For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
